Terms & Conditions
- Participants are required to operate the test drive vehicle only within the predefined geographic boundaries set by Motorama Toyota. The specific geographic limits are attached to this document.
- Each test drive vehicle is fitted with a tracking device. Participants acknowledge and consent to the use of this device for monitoring vehicle location and compliance with the terms of the test drive. Information collected by the tracking device will be handled in accordance with Motorama Toyota’s privacy policy, ensuring data confidentiality and privacy. Any breaches of the predefined geographic boundaries may result in a fine of $1000.
- Offroad driving is strictly prohibited. This includes driving on beaches or through bush terrain.
- All drivers must be at least 25 years old at the time of the test drive to ensure compliance with insurance requirements. A valid driver’s license must be presented, and a driving record that meets Motorama Toyota’s standards is required.
- The vehicle may be borrowed for a maximum duration of 7 days (168 hours) from the time of vehicle pickup. Extensions beyond this period are not permitted without prior approval from Motorama Toyota. Participants are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the test drive.
- Any damage to the vehicle detected upon its return that was not documented prior to the test drive will be the financial responsibility of the participant. An inspection will be conducted in the presence of the participant both prior to departure and upon return.
- Test drives must be scheduled in advance through Motorama Toyota. Should a cancellation or reschedule be necessary, participants are required to notify Motorama Toyota at least 24 hours in advance. Participation in the test drive program constitutes the participant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. Motorama Toyota reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not agree to abide by these terms.
